This extremely versatile bio-based artificial leather scores points in particular with its inner values: skaiⓇ Evida is made from 80% natural an renewable raw materials. The substitution of synthetic components by natural and renewable substances is consistently pursued during development without neglecting their availability, renewal, and energy input during production. No renewable resources are used that can also be used as nutrition for human beings.
Even if the recipe contains a high proportion of sustainable, natural raw materials, the product properties still have to meet the strictest requirements. Compliance with the GOTS Standard for the cotton textile used, Ökotex Standard 100 and the Medical Standard DIN EN ISO 10993-5+10 impressively shows that a "natural solution" can also meet the highest technical requirements.
