Andreas Enslin
Andreas Enslin studied industrial design in Munich and founded his own design agency while still a student. Here, he primarily created technically sophisticated products for various companies. He then went on to play a key role in shaping the brand and design as Vice President of Design at Grohe until 2004. From 2009 to 2021, he was Vice President of the VDID e.V. (Association of German Industrial Designers). He is a founding member of the ‘Universal Home’ industry network and, from 2005 to 2025, served as Vice President of Design at the Miele Design Centre, one of the world's best design teams. Some of his projects, such as ‘The Invisible Kitchen’ in Milan in 2016, attracted considerable international interest. Among other things, he worked on AI and digitalisation for the German Design Day in the Federal Government's Cultural Council. Today, Andreas Enslin is self-employed with Lösungsnetz GmbH. He specialises in forward-looking projects and industrial product developments with AI.
We thank Andreas for his expertise and commitment regarding the Sustained Color No.8.
