Irmy Wilms-Haverkamp
For 20 years, the graduate industrial Designer, Irmy Wilms-Haverkamp, and her partner, Claudia Koehler have worked as a team for prestigious companies such as WMF, Hettich, Ritzenhoff, and many more.
The designer duo Koehler Wilms has designed best-sellers and award-winning products. For example, for the Dutch company, Auping, the bed ‘Essential’, the first cradle to cradle (silver, today bronze) certified bed of all time. For this bed alone, Kohler Wilms received the Red Dot Design Award, the IF Design Award and the Goed Industrieel Ontwerp Award. At her studio in Herford, a number of projects with reference to interior design are being developed, such as the Bioboden Kollektion (organic flooring collection) WINEO FUSION 1500 with 16 shades of grey. In 2019, this project was honoured with the Iconic Award and the Red Dot Product Award.
